Wholesale Policies

To qualify for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of Jayceton products, you ("the retailer") must meet the following criteria:

Operate a physical shop, with or without an online website, OR be an online-only seller with an established following.
Selling on third-party websites (e.g., Etsy, eBay, Amazon) is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing items for personal use under a wholesale account is not allowed.

Jayceton reviews and vets all wholesale applications to ensure compatibility and legitimacy. We reserve the right to deny applications or decline orders at our discretion, even after approval.

Invoice

Invoices are available for wholesale purchases and are issued in USD.
Contact us directly to place your order.
By purchasing wholesale from Jayceton, retailers agree to adhere to these policies.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are accessible only to qualified retailers intending to resell the items in-store or on their websites.
Promotional or volume orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing but may be eligible for a discount. Please inquire for details.

Additional Discounts

Wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discounts unless explicitly offered during a promotion or for high-volume purchases.
If an unauthorized discount code is applied during checkout, the order will be canceled.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full upfront before shipment.

Shipping

We ship all items from our warehouse in Oregon, United States.
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Free Shipping

Orders over $400 USD placed through our website qualify for free shipping.

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled within 1 business day upon receipt of payment unless otherwise notified.
We accept bulk sales to B2B accounts and other wholesalers.

Damaged Items

All items are thoroughly quality-checked before shipping.
Retailers must inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report any potential issues.

Returns

If your order was placed through Jayceton, please follow our return protocol and contact us for further instructions.
